typically, metal bands doing the instrumental thing are predominantly influenced by sludge and/or doom... enter Electro Quarterstaff from Winnipeg, Canada... EQ plays heavy, catchy, and at times techy instrumental metal that will hold you attention throughout... always entertaining, never boring, unlike other bands of their ilk (*cough*Behold...The Arctopus*cough*)... check this out

(PS: I didn't mean this as a knock on Behold...The Arctopus, they are an extremely talented band, but to me, they are very boring... and I can't be the only one that feels that way)
